Craig Marshall, The Monk
Some people spend a lifetime searching for their purpose. Craig Marshall found his early — in the recognition, even as a child actor growing up among Hollywood's most celebrated names, that achievement and fulfillment are rarely the same thing. At 23, Craig became a yoga monk. He stayed for 35 years — accumulating tens of thousands of hours of meditation and service, earning ordination as a Swami, and eventually training the youngest monks himself. Teacher of teachers. One of the world's foremost authorities on mindfulness, Craig has spoken to thousands across six continents and walked alongside some of the most visionary souls of our time. He is the author of The Next You — warm, witty, and genuinely one of a kind. At NewVolutions, Craig leads our weekly Mastermind sessions and shapes everything we teach. His belief — and ours — is that the path to becoming your best self can begin at any moment. For Craig Marshall, that isn't philosophy. It's lived experience.
Margaret Gardiner - Program Creator
Margaret’s insight as a Dietitian and Certified LifeStyle Counselor allowed her to build a structured framework that helped people move from illness to wellness with a specialty in Eating Disorders. She recognized those same principles transform how one evolves from drifting to designing a more intentional life. Connect the Dots began as her vision. She retired to a tropical island to live the dream — and discovered her deeper purpose teaching impoverished island children. That is Margaret: someone who walks her talk. She brings warmth, structure, and genuine care to every call she hosts — and in Craig’s wisdom found the perfect philosophical anchor for the program she always believed was possible.

Megan Gallagher has always been drawn to the work of healing — not as a specialty, but as a way of moving through the world. A special education teacher, Reiki Master, wellness practice founder, and master’s candidate to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Megan has built a life around one purpose: helping people show up more fully for themselves and others. Craig describes her as an old soul — someone whose warmth, curiosity, and genuine enthusiasm make every conversation better. At NewVolutions, Megan brings that same energy to our marketing and community voice, keeping the platform human, accessible, and real. Sunish Mehta - Strategic Advisor
Sunish Mehta is the kind of person who can spend the morning with the Dalai Lama and the evening watching a game at a sports bar in Amarillo—completely authentic in both settings. That rare ability to connect across entirely different worlds is exactly what makes him so valuable. With more than 25 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies and over 15 years as an adjunct faculty member at UCLA, Sunish brings both professional rigor and genuine human insight to everything he does. He is also the founder of Mindful-CPA and Mindful-PRO, ventures built on his core belief that clarity of mind and clarity of numbers are deeply interconnected. At NewVolutions, Sunish serves as a grounding force—someone who keeps ideas honest, conversations thoughtful, and strategic thinking sharp. While his role continues to evolve, his impact on the team and our mission is already unmistakable.
Ken Gans - AI Integration & Strategy
Ken Gans brings over three decades of experience guiding enterprise transformation and technology adoption initiatives, including serving as Director of Enterprise Applications at Hitachi High-Tech America, Inc. Alongside deep expertise in technology and AI integration, he brings a grounded, human-centered approach focused on emotional intelligence, adaptability, and practical transformation. At NewVolutions, Ken works at the intersection of AI, innovation, and human adaptation. His focus is helping ensure the platform’s AI capabilities become practical, purposeful tools that support real people navigating the age of AI. He shares NewVolutions’ belief that the future belongs not to those chasing every new technology, but to those who move forward with clarity, intention, and humanity.
Curtis Michael - Product Insights Analyst
Curtis Michel is a Product Insights Analyst at New Volutions, bringing a younger generation's perspective to platform development and content strategy. Currently piloting the Connect the Dots program, Curtis provides critical feedback across all project phases—from user experience design to feature implementation. With a background in accounting, analytics, and strategic thinking, he combines structured problem-solving with fresh insights that help shape products for emerging users. His role bridges the gap between technical capability and Gen Z adoption.
Ed Gallagher
Ed Gallagher spent a long career as a senior executive in corporate America before stepping away to figure out what came next. What came next was a chance meeting with Craig Marshall on a trip to Egypt, and what began as an informal mastermind between a few curious people slowly became NewVolutions. Ed brings the operating discipline it takes to build something that lasts. The most formative thing on his shelf, he'll tell you, is a ten-dollar set of the Harvard Classics he bought as a young man — Benjamin Franklin's autobiography shaped his belief in conscious self-design long before he had a name for it. He's still figuring out what comes next. That, he'll tell you, is exactly the point.
